Leela is a highly skilled software engineer with over 4 years of experience in the industry. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Arizona State University and is expected to graduate in December 2022. Leela has a strong background in building large-scale systems in a micro-service architecture, designing APIs, databases, and chatbot development. Leela has worked with reputed companies like Amazon and Schneider Electric, where she has contributed to several critical projects. At Amazon, she executed a Data Globalisation and Data Migration project, which involved migrating data from PostgreSQL to DynamoDB without any downtime. She also developed end-user functionalities and worked with data ingestion and data warehousing platforms at Amazon. At Schneider Electric, she developed an enterprise chatbot application to automatically resolve internal IT support tickets. Currently, Leela is working as a Software Engineer Intern at PayPal. Her responsibilities include designing and implementing a logging library that standardizes logs sent to downstream services and integrating it with 40+ services within the Compliance Platform. Leela's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in BE from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
